Provo Utah Chiropractor Dr. Art Barrett was selected in 1982 to work with pioneer Chiropractor Dr. Carol S. Elder-Birnbaum in Singapore's first Chiropractic clinic. He later started his own clinic in Las Vegas in 1985, and received Acupuncture certification in 1988. Dr. Barrett is a former member of the American Chiropractic Association, The International Chiropractors Association, a Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, a Fellow of the Acupuncture Society of America, and inducted into A.S.A.'s Order of the Yellow Emperor. He is licensed in Utah, and has practiced Chiropractic for 28 years, Tai Chi for 30 years, and is a 1982 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa."

Provo Utah Chiropractor, Dr. Art Barrett has offered to provide Provo Orem Chiropractic Vacation Relief Services to Chiropractors in the Provo Orem area of Utah County, Utah. This was important for those Utah County Chiropractors looking for someone cover their Provo or Orem Chiropractic practices when out of the office for a few days, or on vacation. Though he no longer offers those services, he is practicing from his office in Provo, Utah.
